This is your opportunity to save money and do a lot of your Christmas shopping. At the same time you will be helping the North Bay Kiwanis Club continue its many projects in the North Bay area.

The Auction will be broadcast live on December 4th at noon on TVCogeco Channel 12 in North Bay. Check the insert in the North Bay Nugget the Saturday before the auction for a list of items available or you can browse the site.

This is a major fundraiser for the North Bay Kiwanis Club. The proceeds go to a wide variety of projects and causes in the community that have an emphasis on children.

This year we have a number of Community Groups that will benefit directly from this event. They each volunteered to reach out into the community to solicit and collect prizes for the auction and help out with the event. For the Kiwanis Club of North Bay, this is a landmark, shifting the auction from a pure fundraising event to engaging the club in direct service to the community. In working with these groups, we are helping them to raise money rather than doing it ourselves and simply writing cheques.
